1) In order to guarantee the best rates, NO REFUND will be given in the event of cancellation, delayed arrival or early departure.
2) The rental price does not include the TOURIST TAX (paid in full to the city), to be paid when the keys are handed over. The amount varies according to the official classification of the rented accommodation.
3) An identity document must be presented on arrival, as well as the DEPOSIT by cash (and returned at check-out)
4) The number of occupants must correspond to that of the reservation (additional traveler not authorized for all or part of the stay).
5) Parties and evenings prohibited.
6) NO SMOKING.
7) Clean and educated dog welcome free of charge (prohibited on beds and sofas).
